How can I pay for my order?
In the checkout, you can choose to pay by credit card, PayPal, EFT bank transfer, Bank Cheque or Money Order. If you choose to pay by EFT bank transfer, Bank Cheque or Money Order details will be provided on the final confirmation of where to send your payment and they will also be emailed to you.
[b] Can I get an invoice to allow my company or funding organisation to pay?
Yes, simply place your order online and select EFT as the payment option. The invoice will be emailed to you with details on how to pay. Once your payment is received and cleared your item will be dispatched.
Do you deliver to international countries?
Yes, TabTimer Reminders delivers Internationally using Australia Post. Simply choose the postage option you prefer in the checkout. If your country is not showing in the check out process please email them and they will add your country to the list.
What is the returns policy?
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please immediately contact 1300 TAB TIMER (1300 822 846). Goods will not be accepted for return or refund after 14 days of dispatch within Australia and 30 days for International orders.
Contact TabTimer Reminders for a returns number and mail the goods with your details and returns number back to TabTimer Pty Ltd at the address shown on their ‘Contact information’ page.
How is the refund made?
Your refund will be made using the same means in which you made the payment. TabTimer Reminders will notify you once the refund has been made.
