Orders are shipped from their USA warehouse 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Once an order has been shipped from their warehouse, standard delivery times will apply (international orders may be subject to delays at the border for inspection). You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note that orders with overnight shipping ordered after 9 AM EST will be dispatched the next business day.

If your product is received damaged, any of the items are missing or it hasn’t arrived within two weeks of your order, please reach out to them here: https://mymoonlite.com/pages/contact or by chat and they will make it right by sending you a replacement. If you would like to return any product, they can accept returns where the seal has not been broken on the package and provide a full refund or store credit minus the original shipping and handling costs once they receive it back to their warehouse. They ask that you cover the cost of shipping the returned product back to Moonlite Storytime. Just please reach out to one of their Customer Care Representatives who will gladly assist you. It is customary for banks to take a few days to show the refunded amount on your statement. If you request a refund and you do not see your refund within 5 business days, please reach back out to them so they can provide additional assistance.
