How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, they will send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the FedEx or USPS website to follow your new Hydro Flask on its journey from their warehouse to your destination. How can I return the item?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after they receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. They do not accept COD deliveries.
