Desigual accepts credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro), Sofort and PayPal.

How do I return a garment?
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with the garments you have purchased at Desigual, you have 30 calendar days from delivery in which to return them. To return an article you have two options: at one of our Desigual shops or through UPS Drop Off locations.
Can I exchange one garment for another?
If you purchased on Desigual, currently it is impossible to carry out an exchange of products directly. However, you can make an exchange as follows: For a product in a different colour or a different size, you must first return the one you do not want (you have 30 calendar days to return it) and then order the new item through Desigual, realizing a new order. If you return the garment in a Desigualstore, they will refund you the amount by the same payment method as that achieved for the original payment within a week, and you can buy the model you like in the same store.
What to do with wrong or defective items?
You are welcome to exchange it. If you bought it on Desigual but you receive the wrong garment or a faulty garment, you have various options: You can follow the normal returns process using a UPS Access Point or courier (please contact them to request a courier pick-up and attach the returns label that came inside the original package).
