Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once the artwork is dispatched, you should expect it delivered to your door as per the following:
* United Kingdom Standard Delivery: 1-2 working days.
* United Kingdom Next Day Delivery: 1 working day.
* Europe: 2-5 working days.
* United States: 2-5 working days.
* Rest Of World: 5-10 working days.

The item I received was damaged?
Abstract House is sorry to hear the item you received was damaged. Simply let them know by email with the order number and they will arrange a replacement. They do sometimes request a photo of the damage by email so that they can follow it up with the courier/postal company.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves their warehouse.

How do I return an artwork?
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to them.
* They offer 30-day returns, which means you can return an item to them within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
* Just email them at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the item you would like to return.
* Once they have received the item back, they will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. (returns postage to be paid by the customer)
* If the product is damaged they will send you an exact replacement product. They cannot send you a different product as a replacement.
* All individual items must be in a saleable condition and returned in their original packaging intact.
How can I cancel an order?
Simply, email them at email@example.com with your order number and they will cancel the order and issue you a full refund. If a product has already been dispatched, they will ask you to follow their free Returns process and return the item in its original packaging using their pre-paid postage label once received.
