Your order can be cancelled any time prior to dispatch.

You are able to return your items 14 days after the day of cancellation. However, you will be responsible for the return of the goods in the condition in which they were sent. Unfortunately, they cannot cover the costs for the goods to be returned to them, therefore they advise insurance is taken out and the return is a recorded delivery service. To receive a full refund, goods must be returned in the same packaging, in their original condition, undamaged and unused.

If your order has unfortunately arrived damaged, please send them an email at info@floraselect.net with photos of the damaged product. They do package their products in the most protective way in order to safely send them out, however on the rare occasion they may become damaged in transit.
