If you have questions about the product before you make reservations, you can also click “Contact their customer service" to send out your request to them.
Under very limited circumstances, the local seller has to cancel confirmed orders. They are experienced travellers, they fully understand this inconvenience and will try to provide a solution to make your travel experience unforgettable anyhow.
After the booking is completed, you can check the seller's contact number in the member centre. KKday also will provide you with the emergency contact number via email a day before your travel date so that you could ask them for help even though you are in other countries. Please, no worries.
