Xtrawine fulfils the laws of each state and country in which it operates. All the required information is collected at registration. Shipments are made with all the documents required by the legislation of each state/country. Why have the prices I saw yesterday and the products that I put in the basket changed?
Because Xtrawine has a policy of “dynamic pricing” intended to balance the “best price” of the market. This process is performed automatically by the system several times a day. The only way to lock a price is to place an order. Once the order is placed, the prices cannot be changed in any way.
What is the cancellation policy?
It is only possible to change your order before 4.30 P.M. on the same day on which order was placed. After 4.30 P.M., all orders of the day are shipped. To change an order, please send an email to email@example.com or call Xtrawine customer service number at +39 (0) 543 1803620.
What if I received a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged package, please send some pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org and Xtrawine will find a way to refund or replace your order.
