How long does it take for my order to arrive?
They work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Your order will be personalized and custom made for you, and then dispatched from their facility which usually takes up to 3 business days. You’ll receive an email containing your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched and scanned by the courier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
How do I update my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address by logging into your account, selecting ‘My Pack’ > ‘Shipping & Payment’. From there, you can modify your shipping address and save it. Please note that the change in delivery address may not be applied to an order that has already been processed. In this case, it will be effective for the next delivery or email them at hello@vitable.com.au and they can redirect your order with the courier.
Can I cancel an order?
Please note they’re not able to edit or cancel orders once they’ve been processed, as their vitamin packs are made fresh to order.
You can cancel an upcoming order by pausing your subscription. After logging in > select ‘My Pack’ under your name > ‘Account Settings’ > click the ‘Pause subscription’ button. If your order has already been processed, the cancellation will be effective as of your next order.
Can I return an order?
Unfortunately, as your Vitable order has been made especially for you, they do not accept returns as they are unable to repurpose your order for someone else. However, you can cancel any upcoming orders by pausing your subscription.
