What is the payment method ?
Thomas Sabo accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, After Pay, Zip Pay and PayPal.
How can I track my order?
*Once your order has been picked & packed, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking link.
*Once booked your order will show the status of “Booked for Delivery” until it is collected by their courier. Then the status is updated with each scan of your parcel’s location. The status will also show if an “Attempted Delivery” was made & nobody was available to provide a signature.
What to do if my order is lost or damaged?
It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. They are not liable for any costs associated with re-sending an order due to delivery address details being incorrect.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the time frames above or if your order is damaged in transit, please contact their customer service team.
When will I receive a refund?
*Items eligible for refunds can be returned for a full refund within the 30 day exchange period. All items will be inspected prior to refund to ensure they have been returned in a saleable condition.
*All refunds will be processed back to the same method of payment that was used for the original purchase.
Can I return the order?
Unfortunately, Thomas Sabo is unable to accept returns/exchanges for orders purchased from THOMAS SABO Flagship stores by post. If you have purchased your jewellery in one of our stores, you will need to return it to a store within 30 days.
They cannot accept returns/exchanges if you have purchased from one of our network of retail stockists, you must return these to the original store where you purchased them.
