What could cause an invalid tracking code?
The tracking information normally appears after 2-3 business days. If no tracking information updated after a long time, please contact them as soon as possible, and they will contact the shipping company for you. You may also contact the shipping company by yourself.
If the seller does not respond to your email, you can request cancel the order in your Shoespie account, or you can ask customer service to help you contact them.
Can I make changes to my order?
As a rule, once the order has been made, the detailed information (the size, the colour, the material, etc.) of the item is not allowed to change anymore.
How to cancel an order that has been paid?
Orders cancelled within 24 hours since paid will get a full refund, within 24-72 hours since paid will get a 70% refund of the total amount, orders cancelled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 50% refund of the total amount and once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
What if my shoes are not available?
If your shoes are not in stock and for some reason, they cannot offer them, they will notify you and give you other
options to choose from, or you can cancel your order.
You can provide other of your favourite shoe style pictures, and after confirmation, they will reply to you as soon as possible.
What is the returns policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, they can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 30 calendar days of receipt. Please keep the item(s) you want to return or exchange in its new condition. Most returns can be processed within 2-7 business days after Shoespie receive your package.
