Roxy accepts VISA and Mastercard Credit Cards and payments made via your PayPal account.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Absolutely, Up until the moment your order has been shipped. As their order-fulfilment system is designed to get orders shipped out as timely as possible to customers. That means by the time you contact their Customer Service Team on the change of mind or request of an amendment to your order, it might already be in the shipping process. Once an order begins the fulfilment process, they will not be able to change or cancel an order. If your order cannot be changed or cancelled and you would still need to return it after its arrival, do check out their Easy Returns Policy.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You will receive email notification confirming when your order is dispatched. In most cases, this means 3 -5 business days for Singapore deliveries.
Due to the upcoming Christmas and New Year festive peak season, shipment deliveries may take longer. During this period, please allow a further 3-5 business days on top of the usual delivery lead time.
What can I do if my purchase is faulty?
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, you can arrange to return it to their Online Store via mail by emailing their Customer Service team for a Return Authorisation (RA) Number. Either way, you can get a full refund for your purchase. Just let them know what you’d prefer.
Can I get a refund?
They want to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase and they understand that sometimes it’s difficult to choose the right size online. So they’re only too happy to offer their 30-day return policy on all full-priced products.
