Real Madrid Shop accepts VISA, AMEX, Mastercard, Discover Card, and Shop Pay.
Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?
They can ship to an alternative address to that of your billing address. Please note, however, that they always include the order details in the parcel that displays the amount paid for the order. They do not offer a gift-wrapping service at this time.
What is the return policy?
You can return your items if they are in good condition and unused with all original packaging and labels, along with your purchase receipt, within 30 days of receiving your order.
Can I return an item for an exchange?
Unfortunately, they do not accept changes at this time.
What can I do if I have received a defective item?
If a product you have purchased from them is not of satisfactory quality or considers it to be defective, please contact Customer Service via email or by phone and you will be informed how to return it. You will have to make the return assuming the costs, attaching the proof of purchase and an explanatory letter indicating the defect. They reserve the right to send the products for independent testing to verify the alleged defect.
If they find the product to be defective, they will refund the cost of the product, the cost of the original shipping and any postage costs for returning the product to them. This refund will be made in accordance with the Refunds section of their terms and conditions.
