• For a change of mind refund to be accepted, the item must be unused and the request must be made within 7 days of purchasing your item. Alternatively, My Haircare & Beauty can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. They cannot refund freight or insurance charges on delivery and return of goods.
• If your products are damaged in transit please contact My Haircare & Beauty immediately to arrange a replacement.
• In the event that a refund is warranted,My Haircare & Beauty will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card used for the purchase.
