What is Monsoon’s returns policy?

The following applies only to orders placed via this website. Goods bought in one of their Monsoon or Accessorize stores must be returned to the store.

Once received, goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or are simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the goods in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please include your dispatch note as proof of purchase.

Please note that the initial delivery charges (if any were applied) are only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described or incorrect goods.

Customers are also entitled to cancel their order for a full refund as long as this is done within 14 working days of receipt of your goods. This can be done by contacting their customer services team at [email protected] (they are only able to converse in English at this time). They are open 9 am to 11 pm CET time Monday to Friday and 10 am to 7 pm CET time Saturday and Sunday.
