What methods of payment do you accept?
Milanoo accepts payment through Credit and Debit Card, Bank Wire Transfer, PayPal, and Western Union.
Can I cancel my order after payment?
If your order has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If the status of the order is still in” Being Processed”, you can apply for cancellation on the order details page.
What is the returns policy?
Return application must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. If the application exceeds 14 days they will not be able to accept your request. Please make sure the return of goods must be unused, unwashed, unmodified, with tags and packaging. Accessories must be returned together. After receiving your Return & Exchange application, their customer service will contact you. Please check and reply to e-mail timely. If there is no reply within 7 days, Return & Exchange Application will be closed automatically and unable to continue the return process.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
The time for you to receive your refund depends on the payment method you used.
*Credit card: 5-15 business days
*PayPal: 3-5 business days
*Western Union: 8-15 business days
*Bank wire transfer: 8-15 business days

*Standard
*Super Saver Shipping
The shipping time and price of the 3 shipping methods are different. Super Saver Shipping will save you a lot of money, but if you don’t have enough time to wait, they recommend that you choose Expedited.
How to submit for Return & Exchange?
*Click the “Confirm Receipt” button on the Order Details page.
*When the order status is completed, you can submit a Return & Exchange application on the Return & Exchange page.
*Select the item you want to return or exchange and fill in the necessary information.
*Click the submit button after confirming it is correct.
