What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Contact them immediately at info@heatlesshair.com. All damaged orders must be reported within 5 days of delivery. If they are notified within the 5-day time frame, they will replace the product. Damaged items MUST be returned using the return label provided in the new package to ensure a full refund. If a damaged item is not returned within 3 days of delivery of the new item, the customer will face a $β11.00 replacement fee for the item.
