What is the payment method?
Hawes and Curtis accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Switch and Solo cards. Customers may also pay with PayPal or Amazon Pay.
Where is my order?
Your order may be delayed due to stock issues, a security check, or invalid information provided. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation, nor an e-mail from Customer Services, please contact them for more information. If you have had a dispatch confirmation, your order may be delayed with the courier. Please check the tracking information provided. International deliveries may be delayed by customs or local postal volumes.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. However, once the order is dispatched, they can no longer cancel it. Kindly return your order to them for refund.
Can I change the size or cancel 1 item from my order?
Once your order is accepted, it will be processed as soon as possible. As such, Hawes and Curtis are usually unable to cancel or make any changes to your order. If you would like to amend or cancel your order, please contact them as soon as possible. If Hawes and Curtis have already dispatched your order, please return the unwanted item(s) for a refund or exchange.
I did not receive any confirmation email. Did my order go through?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation from Hawes and Curtis.
