What is the payment method?
Great Little Trading Co accepts Visa, MasterCard, Delta, American Express and PayPal.
What happens if I cancel or return my order?
As soon as GLTC has accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due.
I have canceled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Please contact Customer Services to cancel or amend an order. If your item(s) have already been despatched, simply send it back to them following the returns procedure. If you wish to change an order, again, this is possible providing your order hasn't been dispatched from the warehouse. Please give Customer Services a call who will be able to assist you with your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Personalized orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of the original order.
What is the returns policy?
Great Little Trading Co I hope you are delighted with everything you buy from them, but they do understand that you may need to return things sometimes.
If you’re not happy with something you receive from them for any reason, you can return your order (including sale and clearance items) complete, unused, unwashed or unassembled in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure products are kept in their original packaging.
