How can I deactivate my account?
To deactivate your BodySpace account, please send an email request to [email protected]
with your username, date of birth, and the email address associated with your account. Please note there is no way to completely delete an account, so you may want to erase any personal photos/information from your account before contacting them. After deactivation, you are still able to log into the account and place orders, but the account is not active on BodySpace or their forums.
How can I change my password?
If you are logged in currently, you can change the password for your account on the Change Password page, in BodySpace settings. If you’ve forgotten or misplaced your password, please go to the Reset Password page and follow the prompts. Passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters and contain at least one letter and one number.
What is the cancelling policy?
Within minutes of submitting your order, their warehouse is already picking and packing your items. Unfortunately, after they start fulfilling it, it is unlikely that they can make any edits or cancel your order.
