Where do I send my returns?
Please contact their support team via email or Live Chat for the correct return address. As their products are fulfilled by various partners, the return address on your parcel might not be the closest (and cheapest) for you.
Can I cancel my order?
They try to process their orders extra-fast to make sure that they arrive with you as soon as possible, so cancelling an order after it’s been made isn’t always possible. However, they always want to help so please drop them an email (with your order number) to firstname.lastname@example.org, or talk to them via Live Chat below, and they will try their best to get your order cancelled for you. If they are lucky enough to cancel that in time, they will process your refund right away.
What’s your return/exchange policy?
They have different rules for non-custom and custom products, so please read the below carefully.
Faulty (sorry) or unwanted products can be returned within 30 days after delivery for a refund or replacement. Please ensure that your product is returned to them in its original packaging where possible. They can’t accept unwanted products after 30 days.
As this product is made especially for you, they can’t offer a refund as they do on their non-custom products. However, please get in touch with them within 30 days of delivery if you are unhappy with your item and they will do everything they can to get you a replacement that you are happy with.

You will need to cover the cost of the return. Please try to send your return via a tracked service as they can’t be held responsible for your return going missing in action.
I have a Bluecrate voucher/gift card. How do I use it?
Once you’re ready to checkout, enter your code in the designated discount/voucher space.
Where is my order?
When your item is despatched, they will send you an email with your tracking information. You should receive a tracking number and a link to a website where you can track your parcel. They are aware that tracking isn’t working for some of their custom products. If you ordered a custom item and haven’t been sent any track 7 working days after ordering, let them know and they can help you out. If you need help, give them a shout on email or Live Chat. They are always happy to lend a hand.
