Can I exchange?
They will be happy to exchange items to UK addresses within their returns policy period. If you do need an alternative item, please contact them via this link with details of the product you would like to receive. They will process your request as soon as practically possible.
Which items am I not able to return?
If a product has been personalized, it, unfortunately, cannot be returned as this product cannot be resold. Earrings are nonreturnable due to health and safety reasons. This does not affect your right to return faulty products or your statutory rights.
What if something is faulty?
On the rare occasion that they don’t quite meet your expectations and fall short on providing a quality product then they ask that you contact them via this link where they are on hand to help. Please return the product under their normal returns procedure within 28 days from the dispatch date and will be happy to exchange it for the same item or issue a full refund along with the postal cost.
Will I receive a refund?
All returns where an exchange is not acceptable will be refunded to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods returned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
