Can I change my order once it’s placed?
While they cannot guarantee Billini can change details of your order once it has been processed, should you need to make any urgent changes to your order, please call 02 9519 4351 during business hours or email firstname.lastname@example.org if outside business hours and they will attempt to assist where possible.
Can I return my order in store?
Sure, purchases that have been made online may be returned to any Billini store free of charge. Please note that refunds will not be processed in-store and will instead be processed by Head Office upon receipt. You are also free to exchange your order at any Billini store.
How long does my refund take?
Once your return reaches their processing location, they will endeavour to process your request within 48 hours. After your request has been processed, please allow up to 7 business days for funds to reach your account.
