What is your return policy?
They accept returns for items purchased on the Alloy Apparel online store that is received back within 60 days from the delivery date for a refund. Returns received back after 60 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. They do not process exchanges or refund to store credit at this time. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I cancel my order or backorder?
In-stock orders: Orders are authorized and processed real-time so cancelling an in-stock order is very difficult. If you need to cancel, please call Customer Service at 1-855-45-ALLOY (25569) or 714-361-3916 or email cs.alloy@brandedonline.com as soon as possible after the order has been placed. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the Returns process to return the product for a refund or store credit.
I received an Alloy Apparel gift card. How so I use it?
Once you are finished shopping their site you can enter your Gift Card at the Checkout page. You will see a field under your Order Summary where you can input your gift card information.
What happens if my shipment is refused/cannot be delivered?
Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to alloy apparel and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping, and handling. Customers will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
